Cherry, ginger, white chocolate and cream cheese cake

I have gone through most of the recipes in her 2 boxes. I am always intrigued by the ones that seem to be the most used. This cake in particular I do not remember her making, but some of these recipe cards go back to when she got married, so Sonni or Dad may remember these growing up. I can just see her in her kitchen with a beautiful dress on, that she made of course, and apron, making this recipe for her family.

Family was everything to her. She loved to celebrate and have parties. I have seen many pictures when Dad and Sonni were young with extended family. Uncle Charlie and Aunt Ruth and children were usually in those pictures, having a good time, laughing and celebrating!
love, krissy girl
